On this Earth Day and the week following Call Governor Cuomo and tell him to #StopCPV the 650 MW Power Plant that will put New York City under water and sacirfice the beautiful farms and families of Orange County. This power plant will not only poison the people, soil, air, and water of Orange County, it alone would depend on 22 fracking PA wells per a year and at a conservative 12% leakage rate would  have a climate impact equal to 20 million tons annually of green house gases.

Call Governor and Cuomo and tell him CPV is our RedLine

 
and Tell him to 
 
1- Reject the 401 Water Permit for the CPV Lateral Pipeline
2- Rescind state permits for CPV, assume lead agency and require an SEIS
